Smarter Indoor Garden
The indoor garden system with LED lighting and irrigation system is ready to use immediately. 48 spaces for herbs, vegetables and 12 microgreens – efficient, smart and economical.
The material costs per harvest cycle for the Raumgarten Pro are approximately €1.24 per herb plug or microgreen pad – 12 plugs or 12 pads each cost €14.88.
A set of 12 microgreen pads or 12 herb plugs each costs €14.88. For comparison: restaurants or catering businesses that purchase microgreens from a catering supplier or wholesale food distributor pay significantly more than with in-house cultivation.
Standard microgreens cost approximately €6.00 per 100g in retail – with the Raumgarten Pro, costs decrease to approximately €2.50 per 100g, a saving of approximately 58%. Herbs such as basil, coriander, or thyme regrow for several weeks after the initial growth and can be harvested multiple times before a new plug is needed – this further reduces the effective cost per variety. Tea herbs and edible flowers run in the same system at the same plug costs.
The Raumgarten Pro is designed for continuous operation in professional restaurant kitchens and meets HACCP requirements through a fully food-grade stainless steel housing and a complete stainless steel interior, manufactured in Germany.
The system only requires a standard power outlet and regular refilling of the integrated water tank – no fixed water connection, no drain, no structural effort.
