You will need:
500 ml yogurt
200 ml sour cream
chopped herbs of your choice
juice of one lemon
spices of your choice
3 tbsp mayonnaise
200g quark
Start by finely chopping your herbs and putting half of them into a bowl. Traditionally, parsley, salad burnet, sorrel, blood sorrel, cress, chervil, borage, and chives are used. The remaining herbs and the other ingredients - except for the quark - are then placed in a blender. Everything is mixed until a creamy consistency is achieved. Finally, add this sauce, along with the quark, to the herbs in your bowl. Et voilà, your Frankfurter Green Sauce is ready!
