Wow! An incredibly delicious and hearty lunch
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Eva Keretic to our Berlin office. During a shared lunch, she enriched our day with inspiring conversations and valuable insights into her life.
As co-founder of The Jamplan, a songwriting agency, she promotes creative collaboration and connects musicians around the world to realize new projects.

But Eva is active not only in the music scene – as founder of the Future Food Campus, she is passionately committed to sustainable nutrition and urban agriculture. Through this project, she drives innovative solutions for the future of food. Among the ideas she presented were indoor gardening systems and vertical farms that make growing fresh food in small spaces possible. She also highlighted technologies like hydroponics and aquaponics, which significantly reduce water usage.
The campus also supports circular economy models, where waste products are reused. These approaches aim to make nutrition more sustainable and to revolutionize food production in cities.
What impressed us most is Eva's focus on combining technology and environmental awareness. Eva is a great example of how creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand – whether in music or in developing eco-friendly solutions for the future of our food, Eva is definitely an inspiration.
We are very happy to have had her with us, and with such a delicious, healthy lunch featuring freshly harvested leafy greens from our raumgarten, it was bound to be a success!
Our small salad starter had 12 different ingredients – lettuces, herbs, microgreens, and baby vegetables, everything your heart could desire.
Looks absolutely delicious, right? We can tell you one thing – it definitely was! ;)

If you now feel like stopping by and trying some greens yourself, don’t hesitate. You can easily book a meeting with Daniel – and nothing will stand in your way!
