Broccoli microgreens are a power food that can be enjoyed daily with the table garden. Broccoli, known for its high content of sulforaphane , a powerful antioxidant, has attracted attention in clinical studies for its potential ability to protect against cancer. These microgreens are not only a culinary delight, but also a powerhouse of medicinal benefits. Eating broccoli sprouts can be an effective way to enrich your diet with important micronutrients, including vitamins (A, C, K) , minerals (iron, potassium) and phytochemicals.

Which is healthier: broccoli or broccoli sprouts?
While broccoli is already considered to be beneficial to health, broccoli sprouts contain an even higher concentration of sulforaphane and other bioactive substances that are intensified in the first days of plant growth. Therefore, broccoli sprouts are often considered even healthier than mature broccoli.

Why are broccoli sprouts so healthy?
Broccoli sprouts contain concentrated amounts of nutrients and bioactive compounds that can strengthen the immune system, have anti-inflammatory effects and protect the body from disease.

What do broccoli microgreens taste like and which dishes do they go well with?
Broccoli microgreens offer a fresh, slightly spicy taste that goes well with salads, sandwiches and smoothies. They not only add an exquisite flavor to any dish, but also a visual enhancement with their vibrant green.

How long does it take for the microgreens to grow?
Growing broccoli microgreens is a quick process. After just 7-14 days, you can harvest and enjoy your own fresh microgreens.

1. Scheiben einsetzen & Wasser rein!

3. Ready for Microgreens
